Ashad Talukder : On the evening of Wednesday (November 27th), Motahar Mia (25), a man from South Balashimul village of Kendua upazila, was arrested and sent to the Kendua Police Station.
Police say they found 50 grams of marijuana from him. His mother Meena Akhtar and several local residents told reporters that Motahar Mia was a farmer. He is not involved in drugs. During the pre-partition period, some unscrupulous men hanged him with marijuana to endanger him.
